  15. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  16. For kadai masala:----
  17. 1 tsp black pepper
  18. 1 tsp coriander seeds
  19. 3-4 green cardamons
  20. 2 Dry red chillies

Instructions to make to make Kadai paneer

  1. Firstly in a non-stick pan roast whole spices. Make a coarse powder.
  2. Now in a non-stick pan add 1 tsp oil and saute onion and capsicum on high flame until half did and crunchy. In the same pan saute paneer. Keep aside.
  3. Take Tomatoes green chili and cashews. grind them in a fine paste.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil and add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, Kasuri methi. Saute and add tomato paste.
  5. Sauté the masala till oil starts leaving edges. Add salt, garam masala. Add 1/2 cup Water and cook and cover for 5minutes.
  6. Now add paneer, capsicum and onion cubs. Mix everything well. After 3 minutes give a nice stir. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with nan or chapati.
