- Add mince, onion.mint coriander,raw papaya, ginger garlic paste,gram flour,all spices, half yogurt and grind.
- Grind mince properly till all things are well blend.marinate for least 2 hours or overnight.more marination more flavours
- Heat oil in pot,add marinated mince fry in oil.cover and let it cook at low to medium flame for 15 min.then add half curd mix with mace and nutmag powder,cinnamon and green cardamom powder.again let it cook till mince is well fried oil comes at top.do check in between and dont raise heat.as texture and flavour comes from mild cooking.high heat cooking burns the flavour.
