  1. Wash Sarsoo saag, paalak (spinach) and fresh meethi and cut them all.
  2. In a pot add water Sarsoo saag, spinach, fresh meethi, garlic cloves, crushed red chilli flakes, chopped green chillies and salt, mix well and bring it to boil.
  3. Cover and cook on low flame cook for 2 hours. After cooking, blend the whole mixture with hand blender.
  4. Add maize flour (makai ka ataa), stir well and cook until saag thickness,set a side.
  5. For tarka, in frying pan, heat oil and butter add garlic, cumin seeds and saute until light golden brown.
  6. Now add this tarka in to Sarsoo saag and serve with makai ki roti.
