We can make curry also from paneer tikka, known as Paneer tikka masala, here I gave little twist by adding achari flavor.

Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Achari Paneer Tikka Masala:

  1. Paneer tikka
  2. 350 gm paneer (cut in cubes)
  3. 1 green capsicum
  4. 1 yellow bell pepper
  5. 1 onion
  6. 4-5 tsp tick curd
  7. 1 tsp besan
  8. 2 tsp mustard oil
  9. 1/2 tsp salt
  10. 1 tsp kashmiri lal mirch powder
  11. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  12. 1/2 tsp coriander powde
  13. 1/2 tsp black salt
  14. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  15. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  16. 1/2 tsp achar masala
  17. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  18. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  19. Tandoori charcoal effect
  20. 1 charcoal pc
  21. 1/2 ghee/oil (prefer ghee)
  22. Paneer tikka masala Curry
  23. 1 big onion chopped
  24. 2 tomato chopped
  25. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  26. 2 green chili slit
  27. 1 tsp corn flour
  28. 4 tsp oil
  29. 1 black cardamom
  30. 1/2 tsp coriander powder (if required more then add)
  31. 1/4 tsp lal mirch powder (if required more then add)
  32. 1/2 tsp kashmiri lal mirch powder
  33. as per taste Salt
  34. 1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
  35. 2 tsp cream or malai (optional)

Steps to make to make Achari Paneer Tikka Masala

  1. First we will make marinate for paneer tikka. So in a pan add mustard oil. Heat it nicely like smoke should come now turn off the gas n wait for 10 sec.
  2. Now add the besan Or gram flour and roast it nicely, if you feel oil is cool down more then turn on the gas and roast besan.
  3. Once besan changes colour then add kashmiri lal mirch & turn off the gas and mix it.
  4. Now let is cool down and transfer this to big deep vessel. And add all species from paneer tikka section.
  5. Now add thick curd and mix nicely then add all veggies and paneer. And gently mix them. Keep it aside at least for 30 minutes.
  6. Now give charcoal effect, heat charcoal and place one bowl in the center of paneer tikka vessel then place super hot charcoal and pour ghee and cover it quickly. Keep for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Now arrange them in tandoor sticks and grill them hon high flame. (Don't throw marinate we will use in curry)
  8. Paneer tikka is ready.
  9. Now lest make curry, in pan add 2 tsp of oil and heat it, then add onion and fry them till they turn out brown. Add ginger garlic paste and give good mix.
  10. Then add tomato, salt and cover it and cook till they become soft.
  11. Now let this gravy cool down then grind it.
  12. In same pan add 2 tsp oil and add black cardamom. This gravy doesn't need any other whole masala.
  13. Then pour onion tomato gravy and cook till it release oil or leave the pan sides.
  14. At this stage add paneer tikka remaining marinate and mix it.
  15. Add masala like coriander powder, lal mirch powder then cook it for 2 minutes.
  16. Now in a bowl take corn flour and add little water and make lump free paste and pour this in gravy. This will give thickness and won't change the taste. Add green chili also. Add water and Cook for 2 minutes.
  17. Now add paneer tikka and cook for 2 minutes.
  18. If you like little sweet taste then add sugar and cream. (I skipped as we don't prefer sweet taste in curry)
  19. Achari paneer tikka masala Curry is ready!!!
    Served with hot naan and enjoy your meal!!!
