- Clean the urad dal and rajma 3-4 times.
- Put it in a pressure cooker and boil it. Wait for 3 whistles.
- Chop the galic cloves,green chilli. Slice the onions finely.
- When it is 75% boiled add chopped garlic and green chilli, fresh creame 1tsp,salt,kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, 1cup water. Make 1 whistle.
- Take ghee and white oil in a kadai and heat it.
- Add the onion slices and fry it till the golden brown colour appears.
- Add chopped green chilli, garlic,ginger to it and fry it.
- Add kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and mix it well.
- Add the boiled dal to it. Add some water to it and mix them well.
- When it becomes thicker add fresh creame, butter, coriander leaves.
- Now it is ready to serve with ruti/paratha.
