  2. 2 Cups All-purpose Flour (Maida)
  3. 1/2 tsp Carom seeds (Ajwain)

  16. 1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  17. 1 tsp fennel seeds
  18. 3 tsp Sesame seeds
  19. 1 tbsp Oil
  20. Pinch Asofetida
  21. 1/2 cup Sweet Tamarind chutney (Instead of Tamarind chutney you can take 1/4 cup tamarind pulp and mix 1/2 cup Jaggery & salt to taste)

  4. Keep that mixture aside

  7. Now add prepared spices mix and sev mixture
  8. Now add tamarind sweet chutney
  9. Cook until it forms a dough ball
  10. Let it cool down completely
  11. Make small balls out of the dough
  12. Roll it and make section in to two for samosas

  15. Place samosa into the air fryer basket
  16. Spray some oil and bake for 12 Mins @380F
  17. If you want to deep fry then deep fry all the samosas
