- 1/2 coconut (grated)
- 1 tbsp water

- as needed Coriander leaves chopped

Steps to make to make Raw Mango curry
- Heating up coconut oil with cinnamon stick,green cardamoms,cumin seeds, mustard seeds mix it together then add curry leaves, onion
- Saute till onion turn brown then add ginger garlic paste, salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder cook it for few moments
- Now add water saute for few minutes then add raw mangoes(peeled and chopped) mix it properly and add coriander leaves then water and wait till a raw mangoes get soft
- In the meantime lets make the masala for which add red chillies to the pan with coriander seeds and cinnamon stick and roast it properly and then grind it with
