Steps to make to make Curry khausa

  1. Method: beef curry
    Chop beef into small pieces. Pour oil in a frying pan. Add onions and sauté till soft. Now add ginger garlic paste, keep frying and add beef Cubes, tomatoes and all the mentioned spices. Add 2 cups of water and let it cook for 40 minutes. After that sauté till all the ingredients are well combined and oil separates. Once again, add 1 cup of water and cook for 10 minutes or till the beef is tender.
  2. Method of spegatti: in a large frying pan, add water, salt and 1 tsp of oil. When the water is boiled, add the Spaghetti and cook for 15 minutes. When cooked, add some more water into Spaghetti. Let it rest for 15 minutes
  3. Method: coconut curry
    Put yoghurt, coconut powder, split Bengal, gram flour, green chilies, turmeric and two cups of water in a blender. Blend it well.
    Now pour some oil in a pan, before adding cumin seeds and curry leaves. When they start crackling, pour all the yoghurt mixture on it. Add more water and salt before waiting for a boil. Then add salt and cook for more 10 minutes.

    In a pan, pour some oil and add minced garlic and sauté the garlic until it’s light golden brown. Then add sesame seeds and crushed red chilies, sauté all ingredients for about 1 or 2 minutes.
