- Make puree of tometoes and garlic cloves.
- Heat oil in kadai add cloves,cardmom, cinnamon,bay leaf the both add chopped onions,ginger paste and saute for a while.
- Now add pureed tometoes and chopped capsicum and cook for sometime.
- Then add garam masala,kasuri methi,prepared kadai masala and mix well.
- Then add homemade malai and cubed paneer,salt to taste and mix well add some coriander leaves,ginger julians.
- Kadai paneer is ready to serve with rice and roti.
